i had a great experience at hampton inn. the staff was friendly and made check-in smooth. The room was spotless and comfortable. compared to my last stay in new albany, this visit exceeded my expectations, especially with the delicious hot breakfast each morning.

The King Room was super comfy, with a lovely, spacious layout. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and they had a nice number of pillows. Everything was clean and felt fresh. The bathroom was beautiful, too! No complaints about the room at all.

I had a terrible experience checking in. They claimed my reserved two queen rooms were all given away, and I ended up with a king room. It was very frustrating, especially since I had planned this for a long time.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was a highlight with eggs, biscuits and gravy, and waffle griddles that made it a fantastic treat for the family. The room was very clean and comfortable, providing a cozy place to relax after a long day. However, the walls were a bit thin, and we could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The King Room was comfy, felt like home. Loved how the hotel is close to Louisville yet not in the chaos of a city.

We had an amazing time staying here with our 5 kids! The pool kept them entertained for hours, and the spacious room fit us all comfortably. Staff went above and beyond to help us, making it easy to settle in. Breakfast was a hit with the kids.

We enjoyed the local golf courses and the nearby entertainment options. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Just keep in mind that some amenities might not be perfectly positioned in the rooms, so a bit of patience is key.

One of my friends had issues with a misleading pet fee charge, which took several calls to resolve.
